horrible, they mute you in the chat without reasonable reasons. take away your freedom of speech. when all they're doing is taking the word of trolls trying to cause problems. they refer to their drug policies and don't care if the drug is legal. you can't say it is a kids game based on how much they charge for player. so much of the harsh language is over looked and only a handful are targeted. for this they are losing me as a customer. Google you should take a hard look at this company

They make it almost impossible to do a star upgrade on your player. Also, when you can upgrade a player, you can only upgrade so far before you have to spend money to either get gems, or play a bunch of games to earn player points, the players you can upgrade aren't on your team, or you just flat out can't ascend any further. I've played 1 full season and I'm about half way through my second....I'm going to uninstall the game. This is very frustrating.
