Cannot get out of sandbox mode. was sent instructions, got into a test mode I cannot get out of. Chat support is non existent, and trouble tickets that should be responded to in 24 hours, do not get responded to timely to get resolution. There is no support number to call. If I cannot get resolved, I will not be renewing this service. It was a waste of money so far. If I can get issues resolved, I'll change my rating and update my comments and my rating. Don't waste your money! I shouldn't have!

Supposed to be AI powered parlays. This did not deliver as promised. I got this and immediately took out four bets and every single one of them failed. I mean, is there a win-loss ratio I'm supposed to be following here? Also, what was fishy to me was that almost no one talked about the AI parlays. Like that was the big selling point. And I only saw like one comment about it? Why is that? But the bets I made was only for a dollar and I could handle losing $4. So it was a learning lesson.

Tried to see what it offered, but it's ONLY payable to play. Should at least have a simple free version, to offer like 2 or 3 free props per day with maybe limited markets, maybe only passing or rushing for NFL, or points or assists for NBA..but if you can't even let people see what kinda options they have for seeing if they can be profitable using your app, most people won't want to get a paid version, if you don't even let them see how the app functions on the free version 1st
