so I've been playing this game for over a year now and continue to be surprised with the lack of customer service. I had the game glitch and spend 40 magic eyes that are a hard to come by resource for F2P players. I send the in game customer service a message to get this reversed and was basically told "sorry our game stole these resources, tough luck it's out policy to not refund them" this game continues to only care about squeezing as much money from players as they can. will be leaving

edit , latest truck update rocks 1 year of play , still countless yellow useless heroes you can't upgrade , oh and you have in shop 2 heroes which costs 400 - 500 dollars to upgrade , pay to win for the win ! find some balance .
