love this app. I have been using it for years. I love crossword puzzles and this app has the best puzzles. they have a wide variety of puzzles at four difficulty levels. they also have mini puzzles if you're short on time. my favorite things about the app is it has dark mode and you can use it without wi-fi. they have ads but they aren't terribly long. if you love crossword puzzles too, get this app. you won't be disappointed. thank me later. lol

I never leave reviews but I have to here, the amount this app offers for free is insane, and there's no tradeoff in terms of interface quality or features. I don't like that it telling you a line is correct is on by default, to me that feels like it goes against the point of crosswords, but that's easy to disable. even the ads are unobtrusive - it's one popup video ad (with all the issues they have, sure) when you exit a puzzle. Best crossword app I've found. Dunno how to not sound like a shill

crosswords feels AI generated because tons of the "answers" for these are objectively incorrect. a fencing sword is a rapier not an epee, an epee is 2 handed. "and others" in Latin is et al but they want a longer word.
