painful, far too many ads, constantly crashes and when you solve the initial puzzle you don't receive rewards instead you have to solve a second puzzle and if you fail you get nothing!

Have enjoyed playing this game for more than 6 years now. Sure there are some problems but most get fixed right away. Like on the last Back to School Season I lost all my gifts I had left over after I had purchased it. Usually they go into my inbox but this time it did not. I wrote to support but did not receive an answer yet. Support ended up giving the next season free. Have not had a problem since.
