I was recently forced to switch to this app for my home charger. The user interface is barebones and missing features you would expect in a charger app . Notably, there's no ability to change or reset your password. There's an option to allow notifications but the category of notifications is unknown and so far I've gotten no notifications. Specifically, I'd like to know when my cars start/complete/stop charging. Also, no ability to store car info/distinguish between data for multiple cars.

I would describe the app as just ok for home charger use. Have not used it at a fast charger. Customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my home charger that they quickly solved with a quick response email. Unlike many companies of today.

Definitely needs some improvement. My electric company has 2 discount time periods a day, but you can only schedule one charging time per day. Also I wish I could input my electric rate so I could have a more accurate cost display. Old evocharge app did all of this, before I had to switch.

At the moment, the Epic Charging home app doesn’t support exporting charging session data to TXT/CSV, and we also don’t have a public API available for home chargers. All session details can currently only be viewed directly in the app.
