every time I use the app to borrow money, it ends up not working I have to contact support every time. I have made multiple loans and pay them all back on time and had the highest score there is. now my score keeps on going down and I've never paid anybody back late. now I'm trying to currently pay back a loan however the app is not working correctly to allow me. I've had to reach out to customer support all day for them to not resolve the issue. they will not address the issue. and their custom

After almost three years as an investor and lender, do not use this app. A class action is coming up soon; it's a trap and a SCAM. They will get their money, but they will not get yours. Over $7,000 dollars lost on microloans, and they do nothing to help. Trust me, it's not worth it.
