Needing an app to be able to get your washing machine to do a machine clean is insane! Took a lot more effort to connect to the washing machine than it should have. Then to find out that the machine's firmware was old and needed another phone to be a hotspot. Just wish companies stopped making products that rely so much on app connectivity. I've paid for this washing machine to have all the listed features available to me without needing an app.

App, logs you out every couple weeks. And you can't access most settings without an app. You, need to find your credentials, that verify email again. That is unacceptable.

Easy to navigate and use. Can you please change the map color that your robot vacuum cleaner creates to a different color then white/black lets say make it green. Currently the map is displayed in black with a black bakgrund when in power save mode and white on white when of the power save mode off and all i see is doorways and room names. This makes it impossible to edit as it lacks any room layout details. Strange to see this issue be totally ignore before app released into production...
