Vacum robot ERB44 can't pair with this app. I am in Colombia and just buy this robot but I haven't been able to use it with the app. I already put it in pairing mode, I even see the temporal wifi network from the robot, but the app keeps saying "No appliance found". I had to download the SmartLife App and add the vacum robot there to see map and other features. Now I can use my robot. Hope you fix the app, it seems the initial handshake between the robot and the app is not working correctly.

Latest update broke the Favorites function for the robot vacuum. It says "couldn't find favorites" meanwhile I've been using my saved favorites with the previous versions. When I'm trying to save new favorites it says "couldn't save favorites". reply: there's no support [dot] electrolux [dot] com Are you guys being serious?

Have tried everything, but can not get my air purifier (Pure 700) to connect to this app. I contacted support which told me that the app wasn't working, and that there was no ETA for a fix. It's been a month now, and the app has been updated once since, but it still won't connect.

Last update seems to have broken tvoc readings on pure a9. If i unplug the device and keep the app open it stays within normal range. If i leave the app be, it rises to 4k next time i open it. Not consistent with readings from other devices with similar measurements that usually follow along.
