The regular app works fine for me. Seems like it's accurate every night. But like 100s of other reviews state, the Sleep Stages feature does not work at all, even though I have all the permissions set. Would love to see this fixed. I'd change my rating to 5 stars

Can't add or edit a new machine to a registered email. You have to use a new email. NO! PROGRAMERS MISSED A BASIC DETAIL FOR BEING ABLE TO ADD OR CHANGE A DEVICE. and AI. . . "can't process request to change or add a new machine. Please ask about sleep or Resmed"! DUH!! Programmers need to be fired on this one. Its bad enough the insurance companies and Resmed have to correlate and stereotype everyone instead of letting the patient do them. They only care about money; not really the patients

The app doesn't alert you if your mask is leaking during the night or if you're having more episodes. It'll show your sleep score is still 97 even if you were having 3 events per hour with your mask seal having 27 leaks a minute which is ridiculous. Update- the reply is not, the information is already in the app. The application should just have a basic notification feature but doesn't. Knocking off a star for the unnecessary AI feature too.

The myAir app collects data from your device. If your device isn’t detecting mask leaks and you're sure leaks exist, please contact your DME provider for help with your CPAP equipment. If you’re feeling discomfort or if issues with your sleep health continue, please discuss these issues with your doctor for further evaluation.

Hi William. myAir works exclusively with Resmed AirSense and AirCurve machines. It’s not compatible with Resmed S9 machines or CPAP machines made by other manufacturers. Some myAir features may not be available with Air10 machines.

NOTE FOR DEVs: New AI assistant freezes up, does not provide any responses. Needs work. App has limited functionality and a paltry offering of sleep therapy information, even compared to other brands I have used. A sleep score is fine but I need to know more, but I am unwilling to pull data onto my pc with third party software on the regular. Just... disappointing. 2/5 because at the very least the app is stable and reliable.
