Like so many others here have said the app ruins an otherwise great product. It constantly needs me to login and frequently has to go through the full setup routine. Completely useless when I need to quickly change the volume because of an environment change. Why do I even need to login for a simple control?

Update. happened again at work. This should not occur when I just want to adjust volume. I don't even have my case with me. useless! In a meeting and need to adjust the volume, but the app is updated and requires a sign in. The sign in wants a passkey not available, account recovery returns server timeout when verifying my date of birth. Ten minutes later I turned my hearing aid down. This is an unnecessary restriction.

Not good. Fr the price of over the counter hearing aids they don't last very long, about 6 months. Also, the app connection is terrible. When it works, it works well but most of the time I have a problem getting it to function and it's very frustrating!
