The hearing aids, for the price, can't be beat. But the app needs improvement. It often loses connection to the hearing aids, won't let me sign in, and now won't let me reinstall it. I'm going to need tech support to resolve the problem because without the app the hearing aids can't be customized for my hearing loss.

Once again, at a bad time, the Sony app has required that I re-set-up my CRE20s. There is no option to bypass the process and use the old settings. This is very frustrating and has been going on for far too long. If anyone is considering buying a Sony hearing device, I suggest looking elsewhere. I have edited this review since the software has now been corrected, at least to some extent. The hardware works well (except for erratic charging issues) and seems to be of high quality.
