I've lowered my rating once again. After receiving a reply from Ben, I raised it thinking my withdrawal wouldn't take 2 months (from 2/4/26). But I'm still waiting. So, in addition to waiting a month to even request a withdrawal, you have to wait AT LEAST 2 months for the money. Plus, it's $.99 to request the $50 limit withdrawal. I used to love this app. Not sure I want to keep using it at this point. Going back to Mistplay if I don't receive withdrawals soon. Might just do that anyway.

UPDATE: It's now April 15 2026 I have yet to receive my money or any help from customer service I plan on deleting my account because clearly they have ZERO intentions on actually paying me. After waiting over 4 months I cashed out December 10th 2025. it's obvious they aren't going to pay me which makes me think it's being ran more like a SCAM now since all it's "updates" I WOULDN'T recommend using this app customer service refuses to help, they use to before the changes now nothing from them.

THIS APP IS A FRAUD: I won't change until I see my payout. I've been trying to cash out for almost a month now and customer support is no help, before I would of recommended this app to people but after the update over the new year I would steer them away from it, payouts used to take a day and in most cases it was same day but now you don't even know when to expect it and customer service takes longer then expected. I prefer the way it used to be. Waste of time you won't receive anything. 0/5

it's B's and it wont send me the money, it's keeps saying in queue and processing, and I cashed out, on. April 7th and still haven't gotten it, I'm definitely deleting, I deleted my account and I will never use this gaming app ever again, I have cashed out on just play 13 times and actually got my money in my PayPal, so I'm staying with just play
