на 8 марта не смогли доставить заказ. постоянно срабатывал автоперенос даты доставки. тех поддержка не отвечала. в итоге я уже отказался от букета, но его все равно доставили на следующий день. после чего написали, что у них лапки и им очень жаль, что так случилось. больше никогда у них не закажу

haven't used the app for a while, this March tried to make an order, my European debit card was declined. it's a shame because two-three years ago it worked and allowed me to buy presents for my family in Russia. Unfortunately i can't do it anymore. By the way my bonus points disappeared although the order was not finalized

Не знаю что у вас с операторами, но ни один не отвечает 3 дня уже, появляется только сообщение о переводе на нового оператора. Я не дождалась вашего курьера и пешком забрала заказ, хотелось бы вернуть деньги за невыполненную вами работу. Я поставила 1 звезду за доставку, 5 звезд магазину, к ним вопросов нет. Прошло 3 дня и нельзя открыть спор потому что ни один оператор так и не ответил за все время, одни переводы на другого оператора без ответа. Предложите другой вариант решения проблемы.
