Poshmark used to be great but the recent changes, since the introduction of live shows, have made it so much worse. There are constant changes and updates they don't advise the community of. They are not transparent. They are not supportive of their sellers. Customer service is ai generated or non-responsive. The app has totally gone downhill. EBay and Depop are much better options.

App and platform are great. Unfortunately customer support takes 3-7 days just to respond to something simple. Horrible customer support system for sure in today's world's where customer service is more important than ever. I would have given 5 stars if customer support responded to emails within 6-8 hours. But it takes DAYS to receive a reply. Also their shipping is super slow and buyers are always complaining that it takes forever to their item. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Go With Mercari!

When I first joined Poshmark, I found it to be user friendly enough, and easy to sell on. The past year the updates have rolled out and more and more changes made this app hard to sell on and even harder to shop on, honestly I'm amazed I even get sales at all since they've changed the for you page to just a rolling non stop list of "ai suggested" items that honestly I've never shopped nor would, nor do I wear a size xs which is all that floods my for you. what a joke.

Just browsing on this app and it freezes up constantly. I have to keep force stopping it and then I've lost my place in the search and have to start over. Poshmark's been around long enough that I would think their app would work better.
