I have sent several emails via the app and have not received any response. The customer service number for the US can't take or receive messages. Extremely poor customer service when you need assistance with your account.

Well, the app doesn't work on tablets or folds... but the worst thing ever is that if you click any store, you are transfered to it immediately instead of reading the details 🤔 I would like to decide if I want to visit after I read the offer.. Terrible programming... Update after reply: The app has app only deals not available on the website.. Why would want to "not" see them?? Update: If the App doesn't work on Fold phones or Tablets??? then simply offer the same offers on the the website!!🤓

We are working on making the Cash Back Terms for each store easier to find in our app. Since we no longer support Android tablets, you can continue to shop from those devices, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Series, by visiting Rakuten.com from your mobile browser. You access our app from other supported Android phones.

launched easily for stores, but once you continue to store site, app fails most of the time and wants you to add the store app again to your phone even though you have app already

It wasted a lot of my time, as I tried again and again to enter my details for the order, but it kept asking for the city even though I had entered it 100 times, so I decided not to place the order.
