the last few weeks I've been unable to do anything on this app. I can't even contact support, check ins, change my password (I was gonna uninstall n reinstall but I needed to change my password), nothing works! idk if it's a new update or I've gotten locked out somehow. this is my last ditch effort. edit to add: I've also emailed support. no response.

I’ve dealt with constant server and connection failures for MONTHS with zero resolution. The app repeatedly won’t reconnect, making it impossible to earn points. I’ve lost rewards for nearly 3 months straight. This is unacceptable for an app that depends on connectivity. No alerts, no transparency—just wasted time and lost earnings. If this isn’t fixed and compensated, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

App developers are clearly not paying attention. Recent reviews show the exact same problems across the board: “no internet connection,” server errors, and constant “try again later” messages. This isn’t an isolated issue, it’s widespread and ongoing. If you expect people to actually use this app, these problems need to be addressed immediately. Otherwise, it might be time to consider shutting it down instead of leaving users stuck with a broken experience.
