my phone model Oppo A3X 5g , Android version 14, security update 5 sep 2024.This app was working good . after updating this app from playstore this app stops recording automatically when running and recording in the background after few minutes. I checked everything , battery optimisation turned off, gave permission to run in the background 👎

Please contact out support via email and provide more details (specifically which settings you tried to enable or disable). We tested the app on a similar device, Oppo A3 Pro 5G (Android 14), and it worked fine for long background video recording (with the screen turned off). We didn’t even need to override any settings like battery optimization.
