Can't access my money. Can't reset password because they can't verify my phone number... and its been over a week. They want me to email them a picture of my ID just to get temporary access. I will make sure everybody knows not to use E-trade because this is verryyyyyy shady. They won't even let you use email to verify. Until this is fixed, I will be spreading this info absolutely everywhere.

Total Balance shows then subtracts my savings and just shows SEP IRA total? Transfers are slow as molasses. Gets bank statement notification, goes in app, please login to view bank statement....really?
