My account was locked because my IP seems rare to them. and it takes about two months to unlock it and there's no any progress. One of the worst customer services. Do not install if you want to save your money and time.

I could not recommend less. check out trustpilot as well. I've have a customer service ticket that informs me they can't help me because December 7th is AFTER December 8th. if you are expecting customer service or support, this is not the exchange for you. they don't want you as a customer, and they're going to treat you like that. I assure you there are much better platforms out there than this one. this one was created as a financial cash grab.

all right I downloaded this app and it goes to verify identity? and then it goes absolutely nowhere! I complained to the technical support team. they came back with a casual excuse! it needs to update. this app is impossible to use without verifying your identity! I don't understand why the they can't make this thing work it's a brick of a program useless what do you got to be VIP to get on the update list? I'm using like the most current model galaxy!

App works great but you cannot turn off advertisement notifications. Im a cardholder and I am tired of this useless spam and it makes me consider getting rid of the card so I can get rid of the app. Service is basically non-existent, can take literal months to get a response on an issue which scares me when it comes to a credit card. If they dont turn over a new leaf I will be leaving.
