constantly full of bugs. very inconsistent behavior. very easy to lose money because things like stop loss orders will just stop working, or the app will lose track of your balance, or forget your setting changes. terrible sync delay with app server results in intolerable lag times. support is primarily handled by a chat bot that talks in circles. in the end, just another ripoff crypto grift.
