I previously gave them a one-star review and upgraded to three stars. My one star review was to get their attention as I'm sure that ridiculous $10 a month ($120 a year) paywall has to be frustrating to many of their clients. they do make quite a bit every time we make a transaction with FX + transaction fees so I don't think they need that monthly charge, but it's their private business. in general it's pretty good :-)
