I've built the same source list that was worth viewing in News in a stand-alone browser and view news that way. This app no longer provides meaningful service, but it's still valid to point out that it's poor development to have major stories appear and then disappear in a refresh every time you open the app. Many "sources" are corporate press releases.

If only app would let us block subjects we have no interest in, this app could be good. No option to block by tagged subject, which is BIZARRE. And it doesn't matter how often you tell it to give you FEWER stories about a tagged subject, your feed gets stuffed with them anyway. Google's response... I've already fed back to you multiple times and it's made no difference!!

For Quite some time I am seeing that google news app on android gives outdated news which is 2 or more than 2 days old. The app should show recent and current news. I have been noticing this problem for many years. Please develop the algorithm in such a way that it captures latest news only.
